tutorial tuesday: ruffly felt wreath
i felt like it was time for another felt tutorial (since it's my FAVORITE medium) and i LOVE this wreath. i've seen dozens of items using this ruffly technique but a wreath is so darn cute. make it red and green for christmas...make it pink and red and white for valentines (in a *heart* shape!)...make it orange and black for halloween...obviously the options are limitless.go here to see the entire tutorial from domestifluff.
