*** chenille burp cloth clearance! ***

i'm discontinuing the chenille burp cloths (there are other products i want to focus on more) and they are all on sale for only $3 each! (they were $5.50) there are only 13 left (i had 18 this morning) and they are ready-to-ship and oh so cute! :)

the fantastic mr. fox!

go rent this movie. i promise, you won't regret it. i finally saw it this christmas weekend and it was one of the most enjoyable movies i've EVER SEEN. everything about it is perfect: the stop-motion, the voices, the funny parts, the music, the colors - i really can't say enough about how much i liked this movie.

it was directed by wes anderson and it really reminded me alot of the royall tenenbaums (his movie) + ocean's 11 (not his movie, but has george clooney who is mr. fox) - a dysfunctional family with a trouble-making patriarch and a cool-headed matriarch + a "mad caper" (stealing food from the 3 farmers).

la la loved it. go see it.

steoffrey: a new mom and dad with their cute baby and they're photographers. love their cute home videos.
bleubird: she runs an online vintage shop and is mom to 3 kids. love her photos + outfits.

a beautiful mess: exactly what it says in her header "fashion, handmade and pretty things". very inspirational blog to crafters like me.

the rockstar diaries: super cute almost-parents, her clothes are amazing and i love her photos. it's just a personal blog but so interesting!

and of course, the nienie dialogues: (i think everyone knows this already but...) mom of 4 who was in a plane crash and survived but with severe burns all over her body. one of the more inspirational blogs that actually makes me cry.

there you have it! i hope one or two of them are new to you, i love discovering a new blog with pretty photos and interesting lives. too creepy? nah, i know you do it, too. :)

another turkey

i know, i just shared the apple turkey and i love that you can stick things into it...but this pear turkey is SO CUTE and just as healthy. i'm amazed at how perfect the pear shape is for the turkey's body, genius.

tutorial tuesday: gobble gobble

these are so fun to make and pretty healthy, too. as you can see, you just stick some stuff on some toothpicks...

and then stick them in an apple, turkey-tail-style. so cute as a thankgiving table decoration!
